Business Checkup, How to Avoid the Danger Zone

Business Checkup - How to Avoid the Danger Zone

WHEN: April 7th from 9-11am

WHERE: Ameriprise Financial 16650 W Bluemound Rd. Suite 200 Brookfield, WI (Just behind Marty's Pizza)

The "Danger Zone, Lost in the Growth Transition" by Jerry Mills, Managing Partner, B2B CFO/CIO, LLP, occurs when the cash requirements for business exceed the availability of cash. In fact, outstripping the availability of cash represents the highest business risk to any company experiencing changes in their business environment. The key to avoiding the Danger Zone is to systematically manage and anticipate cash transactions forward until each planning period maintains a positive cash balance for the entire planning timeframe.

Companies that grow at a high annual rate usually know that running out of cash is their biggest threat. The resulting cash flow statement becomes a working cash flow document that is most valuable when sales are increasing and cash balances are going down.

In this seminar you will learn:

How your business needs change depending upon which phase of business your business is in?

How the informal organization trumps the formal organization?

What are the three key errors in setting up and managing a company?

What are the six principles of raising funding?

What are the key planning documents every company needs?
