You might say "I know how to manage my time."  True, however, what you are doing with it is completely different. You made a terrific block schedule, follow it, but still get nothing done.  Why?  Because reading a novel, chatting on Facebook and driving across town to meet a client will have zero impact on your business when it comes to making new sales.

This session will focus on is utilizing your time doing 'High Value Tasks'.  This will not just involve managing your time, but rather, figuring out what tasks you should be doing in the first place. 

Paul will take you through a step by step system that will completely change the way you go about your business when it comes to managing your time. Learn how to get more done in one day than most people get done in a week.
